Carriage Charges

Free delivery on orders over £99.00 including V.A.T otherwise a carriage charge of £6.50 including V.A.T will apply*

Delivery is normally next working day for orders placed before 1:00pm excluding weekends, but please allow 3-5 working days.

Saturday delivery is available but a surcharge of £18.00 including V.A.T will apply.

Delivery charges apply to U.K mainland only, a surcharge of £16.00 including V.A.T will apply to Northern Ireland, Highlands and Offshore locations and may take longer to deliver.

*some large heavier items may be subject to extra charge at £19.50 including V.A.T. in addition to normal charges

If you pruchase a product, but no longer want it then you must e-mail e.boxley@sky.com for an RMA Number within 28 days from date of purchase*

Once you have recieved an RMA Number then you must send the item/s back with your full name, address and RMA number
